General Rules

  • Freestone County Raceway, LLC cannot be held liable and are not responsible for accidents, damage, fire or theft to any person(s) or personal property

  • Freestone County Raceway, LLC. Reserves the right to refuse services to anyone

  • Cash or Credit Card Accepted, No Checks Please

  • Armbands must be worn and displayed at all times – If found in the park without one, you will be asked to purchase one immediately – NO EXCUSES

  • Private Property – Enter At Your Own Risk

  • Anyone caught Misusing, Abusing, Vandalizing or Stealing any property of the facility will be prosecuted

  • Do NOT cross Electrical Livestock Fence – You will be Trespassing

  • For Your Health and Safety, Do NOT attempt to cross or touch Electrical Livestock Fences

  • No Disposing of Gray/Black Water from RV (You will be asked to leave)

  • Trash Containers Provided. Please Police Your Area before Leaving the Park. Do not leave big trash (tires, ect)

  • No Riding after Dark

  • All Freestone County Raceway, LLC staff decisions are final

 

MX Park Rules

  • Rider is Responsible for Conduct of All Parties within their Pit

  • No Open Fires, Guns, Hunting, Fishing or Fireworks

  • No Obnoxious Behavior, Swearing or Fighting

  • No Alcohol, No Glass Bottles or Containers

    • Note: The County of Freestone (Freestone County Sheriffs Department in Fairfield, TX) requires that there be NO display of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container

  • No Smoking at Starting Gates

  • No Bike Washing on Rock Roads

  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times

  • Protest Fee $75.00

  • No Farming or Tools Used in Front of or Behind Start Gates

  • AMA Rules Apply and Supplement Rules Apply to ALL Freestone County Raceway Events except when other Sanctioned Event weekends occur

  • Do NOT bring ATV’s, Golf Carts, and/or Pit Vehicles beyond Designated Parking Areas behind Staging Area

  • Please refrain from the spinning of tires when not on the racetrack in order to preserve the soil and the rock roads

  • If NOT staying for Sundays events, you must have wrist band on to receive your one day gate refund

  • Noise Curfew Rules: 10:00pm Shut Off Loud Music, Loud Talking and Dogs must be in Inside

  • Parking is first come, first served. Parking Spaces may not be saved except by Freestone County Raceway staff. Arrive together if parking together

  • Discard Waste Oil and Anti-Freeze in the appropriate waste containers

  • Freestone County Raceway, LLC does NOT provide Riders Medical Insurance. It is recommended you NOT ride unless you have Health Insurance

  • All Freestone County Raceway, LLC staff decisions are final

 

Practice & Race Rules

  • One (1) Mechanic Only in Mechanics Area. No Children or Spectators Allowed

  • Only One (1) Parent on the track during 50cc Classes (NO ONE ELSE)

  • One (1) Mechanic at Starting Gate

  • Anyone Caught Practicing in Wrong Class will be disqualified. No Refunds. No Excuses

  • No Gate Refunds. No Entry Refunds after Practice Starts. No Class Changes once 1st Moto begins

  • Riders Under 18 Years Old must have Parent or Legal Guardian present. A Notarized Release to Race is Accepted

  • All Riders Must Wear Helmet to and from Pit Area in 1st Gear

  • Jetting Area is along fence line horizontal to County Road

  • Keep Off Sides of Jumps

  • Riders are required to wear Helmets, Boots and Goggles

  • Bikes Must Display Practice Sticker

  • Riders Must have Wrist Band On

  • Riders Must make Complete Laps. Do NOT Cut Track

  • All Freestone County Raceway, LLC staff decisions are final
