Facility Rules
- Please respect the land you are on. It is Private Property.
- The neighboring towns have opened their arms to our racing community so please give the same respect back.
- The Facility Rules apply to all areas of Freestone County Raceway, Miller Ranch, and Wortham, Texas.
- Freestone County Raceway, LLC cannot be held liable and are not responsible for accidents, damage, fire or theft to any person(s) or personal property
- Freestone County Raceway, LLC. reserves the right to refuse services to anyone
- Private Property – Enter At Your Own Risk
- Anyone caught Misusing, Abusing, Vandalizing or Stealing any property of the facility will be prosecuted
- All Freestone County Raceway, LLC staff decisions are final
- All vehicles will be inspected upon entering the facility.
- All Cameras are permitted.
- Bags, Backpacks, Pouches may be inspected.
- No Pets, No Pets, No Pets, No Pets
- No Glass Containers.
- No Fire Arms.
- No Concealed weapons with license allowed on private property.
- No Fire Works.
- No Household Furniture other than fold-up Lawn Chairs.
- Trash Containers Provided. Please Police Your Area during and before leaving the facility. Do not leave big trash (tires, ect).
- All “Campers” must maintain all garbage in trash bags.
- Absolutely NO grey/black water dumping. Anyone caught doing so will be removed from facility.
- No Scaffolding or ladders.
- No Pit Bikes or ATV’s (4-Wheels) allowed for use during National weekend.
- Permitted Pit Vehicles include: ALL PIT VEHICLES PARKED AT 10PM CURFEW
- Golf Carts - MUST have Valid Drivers License (DL) to operate vehicle.
- Side x Side - MUST have Valid DL to operate vehicle.
- Scooter (must be Street legal with tags current) – Riders/Passenger MUST wear DOT helmet & have a Valid DL.
- Bicycles
Note:
- Speed Limit at Facility: 10 MPH
- No reckless driving.
- No Pit Vehicle is permitted to exceed seating allotment.
- Management reserves the right to halt individual of driving privileges at facility.
- No driving unlicensed vehicle on County Roads.
- All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked after 10:00pm.
- DO NOT tamper, deface, or remove any banners or advertising at facility.
- Please place trash in receptacles. We want to keep it clear of trash for you and us.
- DO NOT cross fencing except at Designated Gates. You will be considered “Trespassing” when crossing fences.
- DO NOT lean or push against fencing.
- No Swimming, Hunting or Fishing.
- No Loud Music.
- No Trespassing
- No EZ-Ups or tents may be used in or around the National track.
- No Open Fires, No Fire Pits, No Fire Rings. BBQ Pits allowed.
- No Obscene Clothing, No Obnoxious Behavior, No Swearing and/or No Fighting
- Anyone without proper passes will be escorted to front gate to purchase a ticket.
- NOISE CURFEW 10:00pm (IE: Music, Loud Talking, Engines, etc.). This does not apply to camping generators unless a generator has excessive noise. Generators must have mufflers and function within reasonable sound levels.
Alcohol Policy (BYOB)
- The County of Freestone is a DRY county - No Beers sales on premises.
- Ice Coolers Welcome.
- No make-shift barrels or other items can be used as ice chest.
- NO BEER KEGS
- All items will be inspected.
- No Glass Containers.
- Local Government & State Laws apply in a “DRY” county.
- No display of an open alcohol container.
Note: In case of thunderstorm and lightning, please return to your personal vehicle for cover. Use your own judgment if you think a storm is too close.
