Click on “Ticket Info” to purchase “Camping” and/or “Xtra Vehicle” passes.

Camping will begin on Wednesday, 4:00pm.  Plan your trip accordingly so you DO NOT arrive before 4:00pm on Wednesday.  The County of Freestone will not permit a line to be formed before the designated time on County Road 995 or FM 246.

There are two different camping passes for RV and Tent campers.  One is “Camping - RV;” and “Camping - Tent.”  When you purchase your advance tickets, make sure you purchase the correct pass.  These tickets are limited and if you purchase the incorrect pass, the online ticket sales may sell-out prematurely.  If you’re racing Amateur Day and camping, you may only camp in Pro pits until Friday at 7:00pm.   Once amateur racing is complete, everyone will be ask to remove vehicles from Pro Pits and relocate entering Gate C.  All campers, no matter if racing or not, must purchase a “Camping - RV” pass if camping.

    • Camping Fee is per vehicle.
    • Camping vehicle may tow cargo trailer for no additional fee.
    • Campers are to enter and exit at Gate C unless racing Amateur Day.
    • All racers must enter at Gate A and exit by Friday at 7:00pm.
    • Campers will be parked by Facility staff.
    • If you want to camp together, you must come in at the same time in order to have the possibility of parking next to one another.
    • Camping Pass guarantees you to camp, not a spot.  DO NOT save a spot for anyone to park next to you.  If you must park together, you will have to come in together.
    • If you are not racing Amateur Day and you are camping …. Once you are parked, you will remain in that spot for the duration of the weekend.
    • There are no Electrical or Water Hook-Ups available for RV or Tent campers.  Mobile Service info is listed below.
    • There are no Showers available.
    • Absolutely NO grey/black water dumping.  Anyone caught doing so will be removed from facility.
    • RV Campers must have Camping Pass displayed inside RV Drivers window.
    • Tent Campers must have Camping Pass displayed inside Vehicle driver’s window.
    • Generators are allowed to operate however, no straight exhaust will be allowed.  Generators must have mufflers and function within reasonable sound levels.
    • If purchasing VIP Holeshot Club passes, there is not a VIP Camping pass available.

Mobile service for Water and Sewage will be available.  Service fees (cash only) will be as followed:
Dump - $40/service
Water - $40/service

Call for Service:
B&S Port-O-Jons - (254) 744-3343
9:00am - 4:00pm (Thursday-Sunday)

ALL Campers are permitted one (1) additional vehicle for $20.  This pass is called an “Xtra Vehicle” pass.   The “Xtra Vehicle” pass is for any secondary vehicle to include being towed behind RV/Motorcoach or a passenger vehicle that is driven into the camping area.  Cargo Trailers towed behind RV or Trucks are not considered “Xtra.”

Campers are also permitted to bring one Pit Vehicle.  A pit vehicle consists of a Golf Cart, SidexSide (Mule, etc), Bicycle or Licensed Scooter.  There is no charge for the Pit Vehicle.  No other pit vehicles will be permitted to be ridden during the National weekend.  Read Facility Rules for further instructions.

    • Freestone County is a DRY county.  Alcohol Policy can be found under Fan Guide button, “Facility Rules.”
