REGARDING MINORS

All minor riders must have a parent present or a guardian/authorized adult with notarized statement indicating they have been given the authority to be responsible for the minor in order to be able to sign releases for minor in order to compete, practice or participate in any activities at Freestone County Raceway. The parents, legal guardian or authorized adult must remain present while the minor in question he/she is responsible for is at the event. All persons, with minor, signing any release must be prepared to show proof of identity and guardianship.
Two notarized statements are needed...one to file with the event clerk at registration and the other to be kept with guardian/authorized adult for their own records or needs.

If you are a guardian/authorized adult, please present your notarized document at registration.

Round 4 Big Texas Night Series August 8th

Note: First 3 Classes in Race Order must come to Riders Meeting with bike and gear.

Online Sign Up & Registration at Track

1. Online Sign Up is open from July 27th until Wednesday, August 5th (8:00pm)

2. Online Pre-Registration gives you the option to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

3. Registration (race weekend) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or cash only.  No checks.

4. To "finalize" race entry, Pre-Entry riders (to include parent/guardian if rider is a minor) MUST check in at the first window on the right, designated for Pre-Entry Registration at the scoring tower to sign releases.

5. Minors with Guardian/Authorized Adult must have two copies of “notarized” statement to be able to sign releases for minor.

6. ALL RIDERS must be present at registration and wearing armband.

7. All riders must report to tower to pay for and receive practice sticker.

8. A rider will NOT be allowed on track without a practice sticker and armband.

9. If “Organized Practice” is in effect, you must practice with your designated group.
